Need to ship your firearm(s) to Alaska?

1. Locate a dealer in the state you are shipping from that will ship your firearm(s)

2. Provide our email to the dealer (ergc.bb@gmail.com)

3. Dealer will contact ERCG to request a copy of ERGC’s FFL

4. ERGC will send our FFL to the dealer upon request

5. Customer contact information and copy of the dealer’s FFL must be in the box with firearm(s)

6. Once the dealer ships the firearm(s), please obtain tracking number

7. Customer must track firearm(s)

8. Once ERGC receives firearm(s) and is ready for pickup, ERGC will contact you using the provided contact information.

9. ERGC must log in firearm before release

10. Form 4473 and NICS check are required upon pickup

11. Transfer fees are collected at time of pickup of firearm

Transfer your firearm

1. Locate a dealer in the state you are shipping to that accepts transfers

2. Obtain contact information of receiving dealer (email is preferred)

3. ERGC will reach out to obtain a copy of the receiving dealer’s FFL

4. ERGC receives a copy of the Dealer’s FFL

5. Package the Firearm(s)- do not seal the box, ERGC must verify the SN’s. Please bring the packaged Firearm(s) to ERGC

6. ERGC will log in the firearm and seal the box for shipping

7. Pay any transfer fees to ERGC

8. Schedule a time to meet ERGC at the post office

9. Customer will pay all shipping/insurance cost to USPS

10. USPS will provide tracking number to customer

Fees:

Customer pays actual shipping costs. Transfer fee: first gun is $45.00, and any additional guns shipped in the same box are $10 per gun.

ERGC may have boxes- feel free to ask! Best times to ship: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9:30am. Must be scheduled prior to day of shipping

Receive your firearm
